CONDOMINIUM ACT

(CAP. 398)

Condominium (Amendment) Regulations, 2015

BY VIRTUE of the powers granted by article 32 of the

Condominium Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National

Security, in consultation with the Minister for Finance, has made the

following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Condominium

(Amendment) Regulations, 2015, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Condominium Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the Regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on 1st January, 2015.

The Second Schedule to the Regulations shall be

substituted by the following
