Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of

Terrorism (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Prevention of Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014, published as Legal Notice 464 of

2014, the Minister for Finance, has established the 6th March, 2015 as

the date on which the provisions of paragraph (b) of regulation 13 of

the aforesaid regulations shall come into force.
