Kunsill Malti għall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order: -

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport Title.

(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2015.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Designated

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use property.

and management of all rights and obligations performing to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st November

A plot of land (Water polo pitch and club) in Valletta,

having an area of approximately 3240 sq m, bounded by

the East, West and South by Government property as

indicated edged in red on P.D. 56_99_B and subject to a

right of access to third parties on foreshore and bastion

lights.
