Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2015
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the
Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs and
National Security has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2015

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates
Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2015, and these regulations
shall be read and construed as one with the Conduct Certificates
Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance".

Reg. 2 Amends the Fourth Schedule to the Ordinance. — Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment) Regulations, 2015

the item "The Security Service", there shall be added the following
"The Armed Forces of Malta
The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit".
