LOCAL COUNCILS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

(ACT XL OF 2015)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Local Councils (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Minister for Justice,

Culture and Local Government has established the 1st January, 2016

as the date when the provisions of the said Act, except article 4

thereof, shall come into force.
