PATENTS AND DESIGNS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2014

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Patents and Designs (Amendment) Act, 2014, the Minister for the

Economy, Investment and Small Business has established the 14th

December, 2014 as the date when the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
