STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

(ACT NO. IX OF 1980)

Correction of Laws Order, 2015

(Financing of Political Parties Act, Cap. 544)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(1)(i) and (3) of

the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made

the following correction

The Financing of Political Parties Act shall be corrected in

the following manner

(a)

in paragraph (b) of article 14 thereof, for the words

"in accordance with article 14" there shall be substituted the

words "in accordance with article 13"; and

(b)

in paragraph (c) of article 20 thereof, for the words

"in accordance with article 11" there shall be substituted the

words "in accordance with article 10".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has established the 28th July, 2015, as the date on which the

corrections made by the Law Commission and published by this

Legal Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
