Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Financial Services Laws (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2015, the

Minister for Finance has established the 1st January, 2016 as the date

when the provisions of Parts I, II and III of the said Act shall come

into force.
