Rules For Honours, Awards and Decorations

(Amendment) Rules, 2015

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the Ġieh

ir-Repubblika Act, the Prime Minister has made the following rules:-

The title of these rules is the Rules For Honours, Awards Citation.

and Decorations (Amendment) Rules 2015, and theses rules shall be

read and construed as one with the Rules For Honours, Awards and S.L. 251.01

Decorations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal rules".

Rule 11 of the principal rules shall be amended as follows: Amends rule 11

of the principal

rules.

(a)

paragraph (4) thereof shall be renumbered as

paragraph (5); and

(b) immediately after paragraph (3) thereof there shall

be added the following new paragraph

"(4) For the Assistance and Rescue Force within

the Civil Protection Department five equal parts, the first

orange and the second blue, the third sub-divided into

orange, blue and orange, the fourth blue and the fifth

orange.".

Rule 11A of the principal rules shall be amended as Amends rule

11A of the

principal rules.

(a) in paragraph (c) thereof, for the words "and the fifth

blue." there shall be substituted the words "and the fifth blue;";

and

(b) immediately after paragraph (c) thereof there shall

be added the following new paragraph

"(d) for the Assistance and Rescue Force within the

Civil Protection Department five equal parts, the first blue

and the second orange, the third sub-divided into blue,

orange and blue, the fourth orange and the fifth blue.".

In sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the principal rules, for the
