Correction of Laws Order, 2015
(Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap. 101)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4(3) and 7(3) of
the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made
the following correction
In the Maltese version of the Fourth Schedule to the
Dangerous Drugs Ordinance there shall be made the following
correction whereby for the words "cannabis (qanneb indjan): anqas
minn 100 gramma" there shall be substituted the words "cannabis
(qanneb indjan): anqas minn 300 gramma".
The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government
has established the 14th August, 2014, as the date on which the
correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal
Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
