STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

Correction of Laws Order, 2015

(Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights, Liabilities

and Obligations) Act, Cap. 536)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4(3) and 7(3) of

the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made

the following correction

In article 8 of the Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights,

Liabilities and Obligations) Act there shall be made the following

correction whereby for the words "to any person or property for any

cessation of the supply of energy" there shall be substituted the words

"to any person or property, for any cessation of the supply of energy,".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has established the 27th August, 2014, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
