Criminal Code (Substitution of Schedules A, B and C)

Regulations, 2015

BY VIRTUE of the powers granted by articles 695 and 697 of

the Criminal Code, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Criminal Code

(Substitution of Schedules A, B and C) Regulations, 2015, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Schedules to

the Criminal Code, hereinafter referred to as "Schedules A, B and C".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on 1st January, 2015.

Schedules A, B and C to the Criminal Code shall be

substituted by the following

"TARIFF

FEES PAYABLE TO THE REGISTRY OF THE COURTS OF

CRIMINAL JURISDICTION, MALTA AND GOZO

For the filing of an application of an appeal from
