COMPANY SERVICE PROVIDERS ACT, 2013

(ACT NO. XX OF 2013)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 107(2) of the

Company Service Providers Act, 2013, the Minister for Finance has

established the 1st January 2015, as the date on which the provisions

of article 108 of the said Act shall come into force.
