Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Fees

Ordinance and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the Fees levied at

Agriculture Produce Marketing Centres (Amendment) Regulations,

2015 as published by Legal Notice 210 of 2015, the Minister for the

Economy, Investment and Small Business has established the 1st of

October, 2015 as the date when the said regulations shall be deemed

to have come into force.
