Local Enforcement System (Establishment as an Agency) Order

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Local Enforcement System (Establishment as an Agency) Order, the

Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government has established

the 1st October, 2015 as the date when the provisions of paragraphs

(a), (b), (c), (e), (f) and (g) of sub-article (1) of article 3 of the above-

mentioned Order shall come into force.
