Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 6) Order, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 6) Order, 2015.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the

aforesaid article with effect from the 1st September, 2015.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

A block, known as Block G, Entrances A to D

consisting of twenty-seven flats, of which two are being

excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a

previous legal notice, in Triq il-Qalb ta’ Ġesu and Sqaq ta’

Frakass, Birgu. This block is bounded on the North-East in part

by Triq il-Qalb ta’ Ġesu and in part by Government property, on

the South-West by Sqaq ta’ Frakass and on the South-East by a

public road. Flats numbered 1 to 3 Entrance A are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 77112 to

77114, flats numbered 1 to 8 Entrance B are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 77115 to 77122,

flats numbered 1 to 3 Entrance C are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 77123 to 77125,

flat numbered 5 Entrance C is registered with the Government

as Tenement No. 77127 and flats numbered 1 to 8 Entrance D

are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 77131 to 77138. This block falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 209/76G dated 7th July 1976

and by Deed No. 185 dated 19th November 1980 both in the

acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in

red on plan P.D. 78_80_23. (HAA 17/2014, HAA 209/2013,

A block, known as Block C1 consisting of six flats,

of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Ġojjin,

Fgura. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq

Mahatma Gandhi, on the North-West by Triq Il-Ġojjin and on

the South-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

73516 and 73517 respectively and flats numbered 5 and 6 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

73520 and 73521 respectively. This block falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 73/93 dated 3rd March 1993 in

the acts of Notary V. Miceli and the whole block is shown edged

in red on plan P.D. 151_83_10. (HAA 47/2015).

A block, known as Block R consisting of eight flats

and one site, of which two flats are being excluded from the

transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, in Triq Wenzinu Mifsud Bonniċi, Ħamrun. This block is

bounded on the North-East by Triq Wenzinu Mifsud Bonniċi

and on the South-East and on the North-West by a public road.

Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement

No. 69036, flats numbered 5 and 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69040 and 69041

respectively, flat numbered 8 is registered with the Government

as Tenement No. 69043 and the site is registered with the

Government as Tenement No. 52175. This block falls on

Government property acquired by Deed No. 69/79 dated 28th

March 1979 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and by President’s

Declaration No. 116/2005 dated 3rd February 2005 and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block R” on

plan P.D. 95_81_23. (HAA 7/2015).

A block, known as Block T consisting of six flats

in Triq Eugenio Borg, Ħamrun and this block is bounded on the

South-West and on the North-West by Triq Eugenio Borg and on

the South-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

73250 and 73251 respectively and flats numbered 3 to 6 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

73592 to 73595. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 10/95 dated 1st February 1995 and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK T” on

plan P.D. 95_81_22. (HAA 43/2015).

A block, known as Block N consisting of six flats

that are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 71522 to 71527 in Triq ix-Xemxija, Marsa. This block

is bounded on the South-East by Triq ix-Xemxija, on the North-

West by Government property and on the North-East by Triq

San Franġisk and falls on Government property acquired by

Deed No. 119/79 dated 6th June 1979 in the acts of Notary A.

Grech and by Deed No. 192/84 dated 7th March 1984 in the acts

of Notary F. Portelli. The whole block is shown edged in red on

plan P.D. 231_81_20. (HAA 46/2015).

Two houses, known as Houses 7 and 9 in Triq il-

Labour, Marsaxlokk and both houses fall on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 18/81/G dated 18th February

1981, by Deed No. 94/81G dated 8th July 1981 and by Deed

No. 159/81 dated 4th November 1981, all in the acts of Notary

A. Grech and are shown edged in red on plan HA 810/2015, as

follows

(a) House 7 is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 70064 and is bounded on the South-East by

Triq il-Labour, on the North-West by Triq Dun Salv Gatt

and on the North-East by property of the Housing

Authority or its successors in title; and

(b) House 9 is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 70066 and is bounded on the South-East by

Triq il-Labour, on the North-West by Triq Dun Salv Gatt

and on the North-East by property of the Housing

Authority or its successors in title. (HAA 56/2015).

Two houses, known as Houses 17 and 18 in Triq

Dun Salv Gatt, Marsaxlokk and they are bounded on the North-

West by Triq Gorg Gravina, on the North-East by Government

property and on the South-East by Triq Dun Salv Gatt. Houses

17 and 18 are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 70074 and 70075. Both houses fall on

Government property acquired by Deed No. 157/84 in the acts

of Notary F. Pellegrini, by Deed No. 18/81/G in the acts of

Notary A. Grech dated 18th February 1981 and by Deed No. 94/

81G dated 8th July 1981 in the acts of Notary A Grech and are

shown edged in red on plan HA 810/2015. (HAA 56/2015).

Two houses, known as Houses 37 and 40 in Triq

Gorg Gravina, Marsaxlokk and both houses fall on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 157/84 in the acts of Notary F.

Pellegrini and are shown edged in red on plan HA 810/2015, as

follows

(a)

House 37 is registered with the Government

as Tenement No. 70094 and is bounded on the South-East

by Triq Gorg Gravina, on the North-West by Triq il-Ġifen

and on the North-East by property transferred to the

Housing Authority;

(b) House 40 is registered with the Government

as Tenement No. 70097 and is bounded on the South-East

by Triq Gorg Gravina, on the North-West by Triq il-Ġifen

and on the North-East by property transferred to the

Housing Authority. (HAA 56/2015).

Three houses, known as House 3 Block B (now

James, Block 2), House 5 Block B (now Peter Block 2) and

House 4 Block C (now Triberias Block 1) in Xatt is-Sajjieda,

Marsaxlokk. These houses fall on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 207 dated 8th July 1967 in the acts of

Notary A Attard and are shown edged in red on plan HA 902/

2015, as follows

(a) House 3 Block B (now James Block 2) is

registered with the Government as Tenement No. 65155

and is bounded on the North by Triq Santa Katerina, on the

East by third party property and on the West by property of

the Housing Authority or its successors in title; and

(b) House 5 Block B (now Peter Block 2) and

House 4 Block C (now Tiberias Block 1) are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

65153 and 65152 respectively and they are bounded on the

North by Triq Santa Katerina, on the East by property of

the Housing Authority or its successors in title and on the

West by Government property. (HAA 56/2015).

(10) A block, known as Entrance C consisting of six

garages registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers X54671 sa X54676 and seven flats registered as

Tenements bearing numbers X54695 to X54701, in Triq

Ġużeppi Maria Puglisevich and Triq Ġuże Ellul Mercer, Msida.

This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq Ġuże Ellul

Mercer and on the North-West and on the South-West by

property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. This

block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 88/

95 dated 18th April 1995 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, by

President’s Declaration No. 533 dated 11th June 2015 and on

land formerly part of a public passage and the whole block is

shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2009_209_2. (HAM 44/98 Vol.

II).

(11) Two blocks, known as Block B7 and Block B10,

consisting of twelve flats in Triq Pietro Rossel, Pembroke.

These blocks fall on Government property formerly part of ex-

services Tenement No. 16485 and both blocks are shown edged

in red and marked “Block 7” and “Block 10” on plan P.D.

2005_404_1, as follows

(a) Block B7 consists of six flats registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 78964 to

78969 and is bounded on the South-West and on the North-

East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and

on the North-West by Triq Pietro Rossel; and

(b) Block B10 consists of six flats registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 78970 to

78975 and is bounded on the South-West and on the North-

East by property transferred to the Housing Authority and

on the South-East by Triq Pietro Rossel. (HAA 71/2003,

HAA 74/2003).

(12) A block, known as Block B2 consisting of twelve

flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they

were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Pjazza

Madonna ta’ Fatima, Pietà. This block is bounded on the South-

West by Pjazza Madonna ta’ Fatima, on the South-East by Triq

Joe Gasan and on the North-West by a public road. Flats

numbered 1 to 4 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 69750 to 69753, flats numbered 6

and 7 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 69755 and 69756 respectively and flats numbered 9 to

12 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 69758 to 69761. This block falls on Government

property formerly part of Tenement No. 50026 and is shown

edged in red and marked “BLOCK B2” on plan P.D. 34_84_9.

(13) Two blocks, known as Block 5 in Triq il-Fontanier

and Block 8 in Pjazza Mons P. P. Psaila, Qormi and these blocks

fall on Government property formerly part of Tenement No.

51197 and are shown edged in red and marked “Block 5” and

“Block 8” on plan P.D. 2013_637_1, as follows

(a) Block 5 consists of eight flats, of which four

are being excluded from the transfer as they were already

transferred by a previous legal notice and is bounded on

the North-West by Triq il-Fontanier, on the North-East by

Triq il-Ġnien and on the South-East by Pjazza tal-Ġnien.

Flats numbered 3 to 6 are registered with the Government

as Tenements bearing numbers 64198 to 64201; and

(b) Block 8 consists eight flats, of which five are

being excluded from the transfer as they were already

transferred by a previous legal notice and is bounded on

the North-West, South-West and South-East by public

passages. Flats numbered 1, 2 and 7 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64212, 64213

and 64218 respectively. (HAA 54/2015, HAA 124/2013).

(14) A block, known as Block H Unit 1 consisting of

eight flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq

il-Knisja, Raħal Ġdid. This block is bounded on the South-East

by Triq it-Tempji Neolitiċi, on the North-East by Triq il-Knisja

and on the North-West by Government property. Flats numbered

3 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 66216 to 66221. This block falls on Government

property formerly part of Tenement No. 50988 portion 2 and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block H”on

plan P.D. 87_90_5. (HAA 70/2015).

(15) Nine blocks, known as Blocks A to I, Unit 3 in

Raħal Ġdid and these blocks fall on Government property

formerly part of Tenement No. 50989 portion 3 and all blocks

are shown edged in red and marked “Block A”, “Block B”,

“Block C”, “Block D”, “Block E”, “Block F”, “Block G”,

“Block H” and “Block I” on plan P.D. 87_90_4, as follows

(a) Block A, Unit 3 in Triq it-Tempji Neolitiċi

consists of four flats registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 62239 to 62242. This block is

bounded on the North-West by Triq it-Tempji Neolitiċi, on

the South-West by Triq Santa Monika and on the East by a

public passage;

(b) Block B, Unit 3 in Triq it-Tempji Neolitiċi

consists of four flats, of which two are being excluded

from the transfer as they were already transferred by a

previous legal notice. This block is bounded on the North-

West by Triq it-Tempji Neolitiċi, on the South-West by

Triq Santa Monika and on the East by a public passage.

Flats numbered 1 and 4 are registered with the Government

as Tenements bearing numbers 62243 and 62246

respectively;

(c) Block C, Unit 3 in Triq Santa Monika

consists of four flats, of which one is being excluded from

the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous

legal notice. This block is bounded on the South-West by

Triq Santa Monika and on the North-West and on the

North-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1, 3 and 4

are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 62247, 62249 and 62250 respectively;

(d) Blocks D and E, Unit 3 in Triq Sir Temi

Zammit consists of eight flats, all of which are being

excluded as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice. Both blocks are bounded on the South-East by

Triq Sir Temi Zammit, on the South-West by Triq Santa

Monika and on the North-East by Triq Ġuże D’Amato.

Any remaining shares of the common parts and roof are

being transferred.

(e) Blocks F and G, Unit 3 off Triq Ġuże

D’Amato consists of eight flats, of which six are being

excluded as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice. Both blocks are bounded on the North-West

and on the South-West by a public passage and on the

North-East by Triq Ġuże D’Amato. Flats numbered 1 and

4 in Block F are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 62259 and 62262 respectively

and any remaining shares of the common parts and roof in

Block G; and

(f) Blocks H and I, Unit 3 off Triq Ġuże

D’Amato consist of eight flats, of which two are being

excluded as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice. Both blocks are bounded on all sides by

public passages. Flats numbered 1, 3 and 4 in Block H are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 62267, 62269 and 62270 respectively and flats

numbered 1, 2 and 3 in Block I are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62271, 62272

and 62273 respectively. (HAA 61 – 69/2015).

(16) A plot of land, known as Area 8 consisting of ten

maisonettes, of which two are being excluded as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Lapsi,

San Ġiljan and is bounded on the North-West, on the South-

West and on the South-East by public passages. Maisonettes

numbered 2 to 4 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 66793 to 66795 and maisonettes

numbered 6 to 10 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 66797 to 66801. This plot of land

falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No.

51330 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 216_81_40.

(17) A block, known as Block 2 Entrance A consisting

of eight flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer

as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in

Misraħ Awrekarja, San Ġwann. This block is bounded on the

East in part by Misraħ Awrekarja and in part by a public

passage, on the South by Triq iċ-Ċedru and on the North by

property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. Flats

numbered 2 and 3 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 64859 to 64860 respectively and

flats numbered 5 to 8 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 64862 to 64865. This block falls on

Government property acquired by Deed No. 80/62 dated 26th

May 1962 and by Deed No. 284/65A dated 18th December 1965

both in the acts of Notary A. Attard and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked “Block 2” on plan P.D.

(18) A block, known as Block D consisting of twelve

flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they

were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-

Margeriti and Triq il-Pensjeri, Santa Luċija. This block is

bounded on the North-East and on the South-West by

Government property and on the South-East by property of the

Housing Authority or its successors in title. Flat numbered 1 is

registered with the Government as Tenement bearing No.

66918, flats numbered 3 to 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66920 to 66923,

flats numbered 8 to 10 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 66925 to 66927 and flat numbered

12 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 66929.

This block falls on Government property formerly part of ex-

services Tenement No. 16147 and on property acquired by Deed

No. 72/93 dated 3rd March 1993 and the whole block is edged

in red and marked “Block D” on plan P.D. 2013_617_1. (HAA

177/201).

(19) Two blocks, known as Block I in Triq l-Għansar

and Block J in Triq il-Lellux, Santa Luċija, consisting of twelve

flats, of which four are being excluded from the transfer as they

were already transferred by a previous legal notice. These

blocks are bounded on the South-West by Triq il-Lellux, on the

North-West by property of the Housing Authority or its

successors in title and on the North-East by Triq l-Għansar.

Flats numbered 1 to 5 in Block I are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68360 to 68366 and

flats numbered 1, 4 and 6 in Block J are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68367, 68370 and

68372 respectively. These blocks fall on Government property

formerly part of a public passage and on land acquired by Deed

No. 49/73 dated 24th August 1973 in the acts of Notary A.

Grech and by Deed No. 281/77 dated 16th August 1977 in the

acts of Notary A. E. Borg Barthet and are shown edged in red

and marked “Block I” and “Block J” on plan P.D. 11_82_124.

(20) A block, known as Block G consisting of sixteen

flats, one terrace and three sites for balconies, of which one flat

is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred

by a previous legal notice, in Triq il-Lellux, Santa Luċija. This

block is bounded on the North-West by Triq Ġuljetta Lopez, on

the North-East by Triq il-Lellux and on the South-East by Triq

il-Freżja. Flats numbered 1 to 11 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 68328 to 68338,

flats numbered 13 to 16 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 68340 to 68343, the terrace at the

first floor is registered with the Government as Tenement No.

79068 and the 3 sites for balconies are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 96264 to 96266.

This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No.

103/61 dated 13th March 1961 in the acts of Notary H. Borg and

by Deed No. 49/73 dated 24th March 1973 in the acts of Notary

A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked

“Block G” on plan P.D. 11_82_127. (HAA 77/2015).

(21) Two blocks, known as Block K in Triq l-Għansar

and Block L in Triq iż-Żnuber, Santa Luċija, consisting of

twelve flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer

as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice. Both

blocks are bounded on the South-West by Triq iż-Żnuber, on the

North-West by property of the Housing Authority or its

successors in title and on the North-East by Triq l-Għansar. Flat

numbered 1 in Block K is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 68373, flats numbered 3 to 5 in Block K are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

68375 to 68377 and flats numbered 2 to 5 in Block L are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

68380 to 68384. These blocks fall on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 91/97 dated 7th May 1997 in the acts of

Notary Miceli, by Deed No. 109/94 dated 4th May 1994 in the

acts of Notary V. Miceli, by Deed No. 170/78 dated 10th August

1978 in the acts of Notary A.E. Borg Barthet and by Deed No.

86/77 dated 16th August 1977 in the acts of Notary A. Attard

and they are shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK K” and

(22) A block, known as Block N consisting of sixteen

flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they

were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq iż-

Żnuber, Santa Luċija. This block is bounded on the North-East

by Triq iż-Żnuber, on the South-West by Triq Helen Buhagiar

and on the South-East by Triq Maria de Domenicis. Flats

numbered 1 to 10 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 68401 to 68410, flat numbered 13

is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 68413 and

flats numbered 15 and 16 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 68415 and 68416. This block falls

on Government property acquired by Deed No. 86/77 dated 16th

August 1977 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and by Deed No.

(23) A block, known as Block 1 Binja Santa Venera

Entrances G, H, I and J consisting of twenty-nine flats, of which

three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already

transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Patri Gustin Sant,

Santa Venera. This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq

Patri Gustin Sant and on the North-West and on the North-East

by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title.

Flats numbered 1 and 3 to 8 Entrance G are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76656, and 76658

to 76663 respectively, flats numbered 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 Entrance

H are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 76664 to 76667 and 76669 to 76671, flats numbered 1

to 8 Entrance I are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76672 to 76679, flats numbered 1

to 3 and 5 to 8 Entrance J are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76680 to 76682 and 76684 to

76687 respectively. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Schedule of Deposit dated 22nd August 1996 and

the whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 150_95_3.

(24) Two blocks, known as Block A and Block F in Triq

il-Palazz l-Aħmar, Santa Venera and these blocks fall on

Government property formerly part of a public passage and on

land acquired by Deed No. 301/70 dated 23rd October 1970, by

Deed No. 121/80 dated 6th August 1980 and by Deed No. 19/81

dated 18th February 1981 all in the acts of Notary A. Grech and

are shown edged in red and marked “Block A” and “Block F”

on plan P.D. 235_81_5, as follows

(a) Block A consists of six flats, of which one is

being excluded from the transfer as it was already

transferred by a previous legal notice and is bounded on

the South by Triq il-Palazz l-Aħmar and on the North and

on the West by Triq il-Batterija. Flats numbered 1 to 5 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 73344 to 73348; and

(b) Block F consists of six flats, of which two are

being excluded from the transfer as they were already

transferred by a previous legal notice and is bounded on

the South in part by Triq il-Palazz l-Aħmar and in part by a

public passage, and on the North and on the West by a

public passage. Flats numbered 2 and 3 are registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 73375 and

73376 respectively and flats numbered 5 and 6 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

(25) Four blocks, known as Blocks B to E in Triq Pietru

Dacoutros, tal-Palazz l-Aħmar, Santa Venera and they fall on

Government property acquired by Deed No. 121/80 dated 6th

August 1980 and by Deed No. 19/81 dated 18th February 1981

both in the acts of Notary A. Grech. These blocks are shown

edged in red and marked “Block B”, “Block C”, “Block D”,

“Block E” on plan P.D. 235_81_4, as follows

(a) Block B consists of six flats, of which one is

being excluded from the transfer as it was already

transferred by a previous legal notice and is bounded on

the North by Triq Pietru Dacoutros and on the South and

on the East by a public passage. Flat numbered 1 and flats

numbered 3 to 6 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 73350 and 73352 to 73355

respectively;

(b)

Block C consists of six flats, of which three

are being excluded from the transfer as they were already

(26) A block, known as Block E2, off Triq Abate

Rigord, Ta’ Xbiex consisting of eight flats, of which three are

being excluded from the transfer as they were already

transferred by a previous legal notice. This block is bounded on

the North by Triq il-Qaws, on the South by a public road off

Triq Abate Rigord and on the West by a public road. Flat

numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No.

71448, flats numbered 3 and 4 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71450 and 71451

respectively and flats numbered 7 and 8 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71454 and 71455

respectively. This block falls on Government property acquired

by Deed No. 204 dated 9th December 1988 in the acts of Notary

V. Miceli, by Deed No. 127/75/G dated 23rd April 1975 and by

Deed No. 52/78/G dated 15th March 1978 both in the acts of

(27) A block, known as Block F3 consisting of seven

flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice, and the shops are

being excluded from the transfer, in Triq il-Prinjolata and Triq l-

Abate Rigord, Ta’ Xbiex. This block is bounded on the North-

West by Triq l-Abate Rigord, on the North-East by Triq il-

Prinjolata and on the North by a public open space. Flat

numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No.

70637 and flats numbered 3 to 7 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70639 to 70643.

This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No.

52/78/G dated 15th March 1978 in the acts of Notary A. Grech

(28) A block, known as Block 1 consisting of thirteen

flats and one maisonette, of which three flats are being excluded

from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice, in Triq San Duminku, Valletta. This block is

bounded on the South-West by a public open space, on the

North-East by Triq San Duminku and on the North-West by

Government property. Maisonette numbered 1A and 1B is

registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62665, flats

numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 62666 and 62667, flat numbered 4

is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 62669, flats

numbered 6 to 10 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 62671 to 62675 and flats numbered

12 and 13 are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers X51791 and X51792. This block falls on

Government property which has been leased for over 30 years

flats and one maisonette, of which five flats are being excluded

from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous

bounded on the South-West by a public open space, on the

North-East by Triq San Duminku and on the South-East by

Government property. Flat numbered 3B is registered with the

Government as Tenement No. 62679, flat numbered 1 is

numbered 4 to 7 are registered with the Government as

twelve flats, of which four are being excluded from the transfer

North-East by a public open space, on the South-West by Triq

San Kristofru and on the North-West by property of the Housing

Authority or its successors in title. Flats numbered 2 to 5 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

62974 to 62977, flats numbered 7 and 8 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62979 and 62980

respectively, and flats numbered 12 and 13 are registered with

(31) A block, known as Block A4 consisting of six flats,

of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Gianni

Bonniċi, Żebbuġ. This block is bounded on the North-West by

Triq Gianni Bonniċi and on the South-West and on the South-

East by a public passage. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72320 to

72324. This block falls on Government property acquired by

Deed No. 67/79 dated 28th March 1978 in the acts of Notary A.

Grech and is shown edged in red and marked “BLOCK A4” on

plan P.D. 85_81_19. (HAA 45/2015).

(32) A block, known as Block E consisting of six flats,

of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Wied

Babu, Żurrieq. This block is bounded on the South-West by Triq

Wied Babu and on the North-East and on the North-West by a

public road. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70366 to 70370.

This block falls on Government property formerly part of

Tenement No. 50813 and is shown edged in red and marked

“Block E” on plan P.D. 67_93_9. (HAA 44/2015).

(33) Four Council Flats, known as Council Flats 2, 4, 9

and 19 in Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone, taċ-Ċawla, Rabat, Gozo

and are bounded on the North-East by Triq it-Tabib Anton

Tabone and on the North-West and on the South-East by

property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title.

and they fall on Government property formerly part of
