Investment Services Act (Supervisory Review)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the

Investment Services Act, the Minister for Finance, acting on the

advice of the Malta Financial Services Authority as the competent

authority for the purposes of the Act, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Investment Services Citation.

Act (Supervisory Review) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015, and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Investment Services Act (Supervisory Review) Regulations, S.L. 370.15

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Regulation 8 of the principal regulations shall be deleted.

Deletes

regulation 8 of

Schedule III of the principal regulations shall be amended Amends

the principal

regulations.

(a)

in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1) thereof, the

words "and regulation 8 of these regulations" shall be deleted;

(b) in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2) thereof, for the

words "of the CRD and regulation 8 of these regulations or in

Article 393 of the CRR", there shall be substituted the words "of

the CRD or in Article 393 of the CRR"; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (3) thereof, for the

words "and regulation 8 of these regulations", there shall be

substituted the words "and Article 74 of the CRD".
