Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of

regulation 1 of the Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations,

2015, the Minister for Finance has established the 1st September,

2015 as the date when the provisions of above-mentioned regulations

shall come into force.
