Fees leviable by Government Departments (Amendment)

Regulations, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2(1) and (3) of the

Fees Ordinance, the Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small

Business with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, has made

the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Fees leviable by Citation.

Government Departments Regulations, 2015, and they shall be read

and construed as one with the Fees leviable by Government S.L. 35.01.

with the following

item 35 thereof as renumbered shall be substituted

with the following

charge";

item 36 thereof as renumbered shall be substituted

with the following

operating in accordance with the Nineteenth Schedule of the General

immediately after item 43 thereof as renumbered

there shall be added the following new item

"44. Earth Stations on Mobile Platforms operating

in accordance with the Seventeenth Schedule of the

General Authorisation (Radiocommunications Apparatus)

Regulations no charge".
