Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(3) of the

Various Laws (Succession) (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Minister for

Justice, Culture and Local Government has established the 17th

August, 2015 as the date when the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
