Personal Retirement Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Rules, 2015
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 57 and 96 of the
Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance has made the following
rules:-

The title of these rules is the Personal Retirement Scheme
(Amendment No. 2) Rules, 2015, and they shall be construed as one
with the Personal Retirement Scheme Rules, hereinafter referred to as
"the principal rules".

Reg. 2 Amends rule 5 of the principal rules. — Personal Retirement Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Rules, 2015

Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of rule 5 of the principal
rules, shall be substituted by the following
" (ii) it provides for programmed withdrawal
arrangements as provided for in the Directives issued under the
Special Funds (Regulation) Act or any Act substituting the said
Act;".
