IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by the article 8(5) and
(6) and article 72 of the Local Councils Act, the Minister for Justice,
Culture and Local Government has made the following order:-

Elections for councillors which fall due to be held on the
second Saturday of March 2015 are hereby postponed and shall be
held on the 11th April 2015 for the purpose of being held on the same
day when an abrogative referendum is to be held in terms of the
Referenda Act.
