Commencement Notice

IT is notified for general information that the Agreement

between the Government of Malta and the Government of the

Republic of Moldova for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the

Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income

published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 151 of 2014 has entered into

force on 17 June 2015.
