Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Local Loans (Registered Stock and Securities) Ordinance

(Amendment) Act, 2014, the Minister for Finance has established the

17th July, 2015 as the date when the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
