Arms Act (Amendment of Schedule II)

(Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 65 of the Arms

Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security, has made

the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Arms Act (Amendment

of Schedule II) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2015, and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with Schedule II to the

Arms Act, hereinafter referred to as "Schedule II".

Item 1 under Part II of Schedule II shall be substituted by

the following item

"1. Crossbows with a peak pulling weight over 60

pounds and bows with a peak pulling weight over 60 pounds.".
