Offshore Safety (Oil and Gas) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 5(1) of the

Petroleum (Production) Act, the Minister for Transport and

Infrastructure has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Offshore Safety Citation and

(Oil and Gas) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015, and these regulations commencement.

shall be read and construed as one with the Offshore Safety (Oil and L.N. 174 of

2015. Gas) Regulations, 2015, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

(2) The provisions of these regulations shall be deemed to

have come into force on 29th May, 2015.

Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 18 of the principal Amends

paragraph (e) thereof shall be deleted; and

(b) paragraph (f) thereof shall be re-numbered as

paragraph (e).
