Enterprise Support Incentives

(Amendment of Legal Notice 118 of 2015) Regulations, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 5 of the

Malta Enterprise Act, the Minister for the Economy, Investment and

Small Business, in consultation with the Malta Enterprise

Corporation, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Enterprise

Support Incentives (Amendment of Legal Notice 118 of 2015)

Regulations, 2015, and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with Legal Notice 118 of 2015, hereinafter referred to as "the

2015. Legal Notice".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force

on 2nd April, 2015.

Regulation 4 of the Legal Notice shall be amended as

follows

(a)

in the first proviso thereof (which is to be added to

regulation 18, as re-numbered, of the Enterprise Support

Incentives Regulations), for the words "Provided that, as from

the 1st January 2014, assistance provided under regulations 4, 5,

6, 7 and 12" there shall be substituted the words "Provided that,

as from the 1st January 2014, assistance provided under

regulations 4, 5, 6, 7, 12 and 17"; and

(b) in the second proviso thereof (which is to be added

to regulation 18, as re-numbered, of the Enterprise Support

Incentives Regulations), for the words "Provided further that for

the purposes of regulations 4, 5, 6, 7 and 12" there shall be

substituted the words "Provided further that for the purposes of

regulations 4, 5, 6, 7, 12 and 17".
