Tax Credit (Women Returning to Employment)

(Amendment) Rules, 2014 (Amendment) Rules 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 96 of the Income

Tax Act, the Minister for Finance has made the following rules:-

The title of these rules is the Tax Credit (Women Returning

to Employment) (Amendment) Rules, 2014 (Amendment) Rules

2015, and these rules shall be read and construed as one with the Tax

Credit (Women Returning to Employment) (Amendment) Rules,

2014. 2014, hereinafter referred to as "the principal rules".

In sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the principal rules, for the words

"as from the year of assessment 2015" there shall be substituted the

words "as from the year of assessment 2016".
