Income Tax Exemption (Amendment) Order, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 12(1)(b) and 96

of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance has made the

following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Income Tax Exemption

(Amendment) Order, 2015, and this Order shall be read and construed

as one with the Income Tax Exemption Order, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal Order".

In article 2 of the principal Order, for the words "The

allowances and benefits, as listed in the Schedule to this Order,

payable under the Social Security Act," there shall be substituted the

words "The allowances and benefits, as listed in the Schedule to this

Order, and any other non-contributory allowances and benefits,

payable under the Social Security Act,".
