CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015

(ACT No. XII of 2015)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil

Code (Amendment) Act, 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs and

National Security has established the 1st May, 2015 as the date when

the provisions of articles 2, 6 and 7 of the above-mentioned Act shall

be deemed to have come into force.
