Correction of Laws Order, 2015 (L.N. 87 of 2015)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

Reg. 1 Correction to the Land Registration (Submission of Plans) (Amendment) Rules, 2015. — Correction of Laws Order, 2015 (L.N. 87 of 2015)

In sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Land Registration
(Submission of Plans) (Amendment) Rules, 2015, for the words
"These rules" there shall be substituted the words "These rules, with
the exception of rule 2(b),".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government
has appointed the 17th March, 2015, as the date on which the
correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal
Notice shall come into force.
