Small Claims Tribunal (Adjudicators’ Remuneration) Notice
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(4) of the
Small Claims Tribunal Act, the Prime Minister has determined the
remuneration payable to adjudicators of the Small Claims Tribunal as
from the 1st April, 2015 at the rate of fifty euro (€50) per case
disposed of, whether decided upon, ceded or withdrawn.
Legal Notice 295 of 2014 shall be revoked as from the date
specified in the first paragraph of this Notice.
