STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

(ACT NO. IX OF 1980)

Correction of Laws Order, 2015 (Act II of 2015)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

Reg. 1 Correction to the Laws (Amendment and Repeal) Act. Act II of 2015. — Correction of Laws Order, 2015 (Act II of 2015) Open official source

In the Second Schedule to the Laws (Amendment and

Repeal) Act, 2015 - Act II of 2015 - there shall be made the following

correction whereby immediately after the item "Cap. 509 Budget

Measures Implementation (2011) Act" there shall be added the item

"Cap. 519 Budget Measures Implementation (2012) Act".

Reg. 2 Coming into force. — Correction of Laws Order, 2015 (Act II of 2015) Open official source

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 20th February, 2015, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall come into force.
