Correction of Laws Order, 2015 (Act I of 2015)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the Maltese version of paragraph (a) of article 13 of the

Drug Dependence (Treatment not Imprisonment) Act, 2015 - Act I of

2015 - there shall be made the following correction whereby the

words "imwettaq fi, jew fil-perimetru ta’, skola, club jew ċentru taż-

żgħażagħ" shall be substituted by the words "imwettaq fi, jew ġewwa

distanza ta’ mitt metru mill-perimetru ta’, skola, club jew ċentru taż-

żgħażagħ".

The Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has appointed the 20th February, 2015, as the date on which the

correction made by the Law Commission and published by this Legal

Notice shall come into force.
