COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(Amendment of Order No. 9 of 2014) Order, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (Amendment of Order No. 9 of

2014) Order, 2015, and this Order shall be read and construed as one

with Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 9)

Order, 2014, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".

Article 3 of the principal Order shall be substituted by the

following

"3. The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st September 2014,

be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited

(C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.".
