Water Supply (Amendment) Regulations, 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 28(1) of the Malta

Resources Authority Act, the Minister for Energy and Health, after

consultation with the Malta Resources Authority, has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Water Supply

(Amendment) Regulations, 2015, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Water Supply Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 31st March,

2015.

In paragraph (b) of the Second Schedule to the principal

regulations for the words "€2,10 per 1m 3 ", "€2,50 per 1m 3 " and

"€1.75 per 1m 3 " there shall be substituted the words "€1.9950 per

1m 3 ", "€2.3750 per 1m 3 " and "€1.6625 per 1m 3 " respectively.
