Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Foundations of
Coaching Course (Amendment) Regulations, 2015
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74 (5) and 75 (6) of the
Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has promulgated
the following regulations made by the Senate of the University of Malta by virtue of
the powers conferred upon it by articles 75 (3) and 79 (b) of the said Act
Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the
Foundations of Coaching Course (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 and shall be read
and construed as one with the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Foundations of Coaching
Course Regulations, 2010 published as Legal Notice 170 of 2010, hereinafter referred
to as “the principal regulations”.
Applicability
These regulations shall be applicable from 23rd January, 2015 onwards.
Amendment to regulation 9 of the principal regulations
Paragraph (2) of regulation 9 of the principal regulations shall be
deleted.
Paragraph (3) of regulation 9 of the principal regulations shall be
renumbered as paragraph (2).
