SMALL BUSINESS ACT, 2011

(ACT No. XI of 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Small

Business Act, 2011 the Minister for the Economy, Investment and

Small Business has established the 1st January, 2015 as the date when

the provisions of articles 3(2)(a) and (b) and 4(1) of the above-

mentioned Act shall come into force.
