CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE

(CAP. 12)

Superior Courts (Number of Judges) Order, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

6 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the President of

Malta has prescribed the number of judges of the Superior Courts,

besides the Chief Justice, to be twenty-four.
