Conservation of Wild Birds (Declaration on a Derogation for a
2014 Spring Hunting Season for Turtle Dove and Quail
Regulations, 2014
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 61 of the
Environment and Development Planning Act, and in terms of the
provisions of the second proviso of regulation 10(6)(t) of the
Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations, the Minister for Sustainable
Development, the Environment and Climate Change has made the
following regulations:-
The title of these regulations is the Conservation of Wild Citation.
