Correction of Laws Order, 2014 (Cap. 304)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In paragraph (a) of sub-article (2) of article 3 of the

Ratification of Treaties Act for the words "concerns any provision"

there shall be substituted the words "or contains any provision".

The Parliamentary Secretary for Justice has appointed the

9th March, 1983, as the date on which the correction made by the

Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into

force.
