Feed-in Tariffs Scheme (Electricity Generated from Solar

Photovoltaic Installations) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 28(1) of the Malta

Resources Authority Act, the Minister for Energy and the

Conservation of Water, after consultation with the Malta Resources

Authority, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Feed-in Tariffs Scheme

(Electricity Generated from Solar Photovoltaic Installations)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Feed-in Tariffs Scheme (Electricity

Generated from Solar Photovoltaic Installations) Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

The Second Schedule to the principal regulations shall be

amended as follows

(a)

in paragraph (a) of item 7 thereof, immediately

after the words "for the year 2013" there shall be added the

words "and until the 30th September 2014", and for the words in

the same item "approved for the FIT scheme for the year 2013

and installed on residential or domestic premises" there shall be

substituted the words "and supplied to Enemalta";

(b)

in paragraph (a) of item 8 thereof, for the words

"31st December 2013" there shall be substituted the words

"30th September 2014"; and

(c)

in paragraph (a) of item 9 thereof, for the words

"31st December 2013" there shall be substituted the words

"30th September 2014".
