Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred article 8(2) of the Mutual
Recognition of Qualifications Act, the Minister for Education and
Employment has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Mutual Recognition of
Qualifications Act (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2014, and
these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Mutual
Recognition of Qualifications Act, hereinafter referred to as "the
Act".

Reg. 2 Amends the Schedule to the Act. — Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Act

In the Schedule to the Act, for the words "Insurance sub-
agents and registered insurance brokers" there shall be substituted the
words "Insurance Intermediaries".
