Correction of Laws Order, 2014 (Cap. 55)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

In the Maltese version of the Notarial Profession and

Notarial Archives Act there shall be effected the following

corrections

(a)

in paragraph (b) of article 133 thereof, for the

words "għad-destinazzjoni" there shall be substituted the words

"għad-destituzzjoni"; and

(b)

in article 135 thereof, for the words "bid-

destinazzjoni" there shall be substituted the words "bid-

destituzzjoni".

The Parliamentary Secretary for Justice has appointed the

31st December, 1993, as the date on which the correction made by the

Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into

force.
