(CAP. 445)

National Museums, Sites and Collections

(Admission Fees) Regulations, 2014

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 55 of the

Cultural Heritage Act, the Minister for Tourism, with the concurrence

of the Minister for Finance, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the National Citation.

Museums, Sites and Collections (Admission Fees) Regulations, 2014,

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

National Museums, Sites and Collections (Admission Fees) S.L. 445.05

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st March

2014.

Sub-regulations (6) and (7) of regulation 3 of the principal Amends

regulation 3 of

regulations shall be substituted by the following

the principal

regulations.

"(6) The fees for joint admission to the Ħaāar Qim and

Mnajdra Temples shall be as follows

(a) ten euro (€10) for each person of eighteen

years and over;

(b) seven euro and fifty cents (€7.50) for each

person aged sixty and over and for persons between the

ages of twelve and seventeen years, both ages included;

(c) five euro and fifty cents (€5.50) for each

person between the ages of six and eleven years, both ages

included.

(7) The fees for joint admission to the Āgantija Temples

and Ta’ Kola Windmill, Gozo, shall be as follows

(a) nine euro (€9) for each person of eighteen

years and over;

(b) seven euro (€7) for each person aged sixty

and over and for persons between the ages of twelve and

seventeen years, both ages included;

(c) five euro (€5) for each person between the

ages of six and eleven years, both ages included.".
