VALUE ADDED TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2013

(ACT XIV OF 2013)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act XIV of

2013), the Minister for Finance has established the 1st of January

2014 as the date when the provisions of article 2 of the said Act shall

be deemed to have come into force.
