BANKING ACT

(CAP. 371)

Declaration of Bank Holidays Order, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

3 of the Banking Act, the Minister for Finance, after consultation with

the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the Central Bank of

Malta, has declared the 6th April 2015 and the 26 December 2015 as

bank holidays.
