Local Councils (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 72 of the Local

Councils Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government

has made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Local Councils (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Local Councils

(Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014, and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils

(Tendering) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 10 to the principal regulations. — Local Councils (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 Open official source

Sub-regulation (9) of regulation 10 of the principal

regulations shall be substituted by the following

"(9) The Board shall convene at the location indicated by

the Director for Local Government.".
