Order, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the

Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance", the

President of Malta has made the following order:-

Reg. 2 Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance. — Pensions Ordinance (Employment with Housing Authority) Open official source

With effect from 31 January 2008, the Housing Authority

is being designated as an entity with which an officer who terminates

Government service may take up full time employment in terms of

article 8A of the Ordinance and for the purposes thereof.
