Revocation of Subsidiary Legislation

(Aids to Industries Ordinance) Rules, 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 26 of

the Aids to Industries Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following rules:-

The title of these rules is the Revocation of Subsidiary

Legislation (Aids to Industries Ordinance) Rules, 2014.

(1) Subsidiary legislation referred to in sub-rule (2) is

hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be

done thereunder.

(2) The revoked subsidiary legislation are the following

Procedure regarding Applications for Aids to

Industries Rules (S.L.159.01),

Procedure regarding Applications for Aids to

Hotels Rules (S.L.159.02).
